more than 13 years; competing in BBQ competitions as "Mean Dean's Smokin
Machine". We specialize in Smoked Meats, complimenting them with a
full service catering menu.

a menu for any event; a casual family reunion, corporate picnic,
Christmas parties, and even elegant weddings.
All of our menu items are made from scratch. We do not serve any frozen,
pre-packaged dishes.
